Shipping questions
How long does it take to ship my order?
If the description of the item does not specify a different delivery period, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 2-4 working days (if advance payment has been agreed after the time of your payment order).
Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately it is not possible to change an order that has already been placed. In this case, please cancel the order. You can then place a new order according to your wishes.
I received a different or damaged item. What can I do?
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us by email (info@annimally.de). We can then send you a replacement delivery and/or a return label.
Of course, we will take care of shipping the replacement delivery as well as returning the damaged or incorrect item.
How can I return my item?
Customer satisfaction is our top priority, which is why we offer you a 30-day return policy.
If you want to return an item, simply fill out our cancellation form and send it to us by email to info@annimally.de. If it is easier for you to fill in the fields of the form directly in the email, you can also send us an email with the required information.
Does Annimally also ship outside of Germany?
We currently only ship our goods to Germany.
